Whether the defect is congenital or caused by an accident. In addition, if a person suffers from a disease and a part of the person’s body is damaged due to the disease or If it gets damaged, it has to be amputated, then such parts of the body are reconstructed by reconstructive surgery.
When should reconstructive surgery be performed?
- If a person’s hand, arm or nose is amputated in an accident, then reconstructive surgery is performed.

Divino which is a renowned plastic surgery institute. The institution faced many accusations and lawsuits because of one of its own staff, a man named Dr. Carlos Chacon. Yes! Dr. Carlos Chacon’s name is at the forefront of the accusations that the DeVino Plastic Surgery Institute has faced. Rather, it will not be wrong to say! That the lawsuits against the Divino Plastic Surgery Clinic are solely due to Dr. Carlos Chacon’s negligence in surgery. And due to this carelessness, patients face many complications after surgery.
- Patients say that they are mistreated in this institution. And carelessness leads to listening.
- Patients allege that the patient is not properly cared for during surgery. Due to which the surgery is affected and the patients have to face many sufferings and complications later.
- Some plaintiffs also allege that they are not properly cared for after the surgery, and that the patient’s health is neglected.
- Patients claim that when a patient goes to a divino plastic surgery institution for treatment, the untrained and inexperienced doctors are highly praised and the patient is assured that they are in safe hands.
Allegations against Dr. Carlos Chacon!!
- Dr. Carlos Chacon was charged in 2018 in the wrongful death of a patient. The patient’s family said the patient’s surgery was negligent. And the patient was not properly cared for after the surgery. As a result of which the patient died. On the allegations leveled by the patient’s family, Dr. Carlos said: “They are innocent and the allegations leveled against them are false.” In 2018, Dr. Carlos Chacon made every effort to remove this accusation against himself. And he was successful in his attempt. And again as a surgeon, he started working again in the Institute of Devino Plastic Surgery.
- In December 2022, a woman who visited the Davino Plastic Surgery Clinic for her hip surgery. He met Dr. Carlos Chakan at the clinic. For his benefit, Dr. Kalos Chakin arranged for the woman to undergo a complete makeover, which included breast surgery, abdominal surgery, and hip surgery. The doctor used the wrong procedure in his surgery, which caused a hole in the woman’s belly. After this incident, the woman expressed her disappointment in the report to the press and said: “Dr. Carlos Chacon should be removed from the medical field immediately. He shouldn’t be in this business. Otherwise, he will continue to harm people in the same way.”
- Again in April 2023 Dr. Carlos Chacon caused another death due to surgical errors. Due to this incident, Dr. Carlos was charged with involuntary manslaughter. The patient suffered a heart attack during a cosmetic surgery, after which the care of the patient was also negligent. Due to lack of thorough and proper care, the patient died a few days after the surgery. An investigation and sources found that Dr. Carlos Chacon was negligent in calling 911 immediately and continued to perform all of his routine surgeries after the surgery.
Three hours later, a 911 call was made by the patient complaining of a severe emergency. This delay resulted in the patient’s death. And Dr. Carlos Chacon was charged with second-degree murder. The family of the deceased filed a lawsuit against Dr. Carlos Chacon and other surgeons and nurses who were present during the surgery.
